Mediated over 1,000 cases since 2006 and arbitrated over 250 cases, as well as presiding over more than 100 settlement conferences in construction defect cases while he was a Sitting Judge. He was considered by attorneys and claims adjusters to be among the top Mediators in Southern California. He retired from the Superior Court of California, San Bernardino County, after 16 years as a Judge. He has been working in California as a private mediator and arbitrator since March, 2006. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator. He handles all types of civil cases.

He has handled mold cases including major toxic tort cases.
